Background & Credit Report Checks on IT Employees

Hello,Our latest NCUA visit resulted in a recommendation that we perform annual background (criminal) and credit report checks on our IT employees.  Is there anyone else that performs this currently? If so please include your credit union's asset size.  (We are just over $500 million in assets)  Also, do you have new employees sign a form that grants  your credit union permission to request annual credit reports? Thank you for sharing!  Emily

We are looking to go out to bid for third-party vendors to handle our anonymous employee hotline.  We currently use The Network. Just wanted to see if there are any other vendors you're using to administer your hotline. Thanks!
