Do any of you conduct a review of the employee's that have access to view Employee Accounts? We conducted one and I saw that there was one individual who reviewed 7 accounts in the course of 5 minutes, which did not appear to be "normal" as no file maintenance or transactions were performed. I'm curious what other institutes have looked at and where they may place concerns? What type of disciplinary actions were taken, if any?
