Hello - We use Verafin for CTR/SAR filing. Our examiners recently cited us for not retaining the FinCEN version of CTRs and SARs filed. Verafin gives us a report of what has been filed but it is stamped with "not an official report" and our examiners are not satisfied by this. We're not sure what else to do though - the reports are submitted electronically through Verafin so we don't have an "official" FinCEN copy. Has anyone else had this issue with examiners?
