teller cash drawer limits with recyclers

HI,

We now have two branches with recyclers, and that number will probably increase.  I would like to know when you install recyclers at a branch, do you lower the individual teller cash drawer limit because of the recycler holding most of the currency?

I have made this suggestion to management, but they believe the procedure on cash limits that was written before we had recyclers is still appropriate.

With the teller line being configured so that anyone can get behind the "pod" when a recycler is installed, it would seem to me that the cash drawer limits for the actual teller should be lower than those branches who have a traditional teller line with a gate.
