I know this is not an audit question, but we are investigating a more formal process, including forms, or a software solution for purchasing/upgrading/new release of systems. The process/forms or software would need to include review signoffs of specific departments so that they had an opportunity to make all necessary analyses to ensure we have an all-inclusive proposal.Thank you,Dale
