Suspension of Services- Members who cause a loss or are disruptive to the credit union

I'd like to request some feedback from federal credit unions on your practice for members who have caused a loss to the credit union or were disruptive to the credit union. We would like to know if you suspend/limit all services or do you allow those members who have caused a loss to have active share accounts? How do you deal with those members that are disruptive to the credit union and personnel.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
