I think I've seen an older thread about this, but wanted to get some fresh input from you all. Anyone willing to share how their supervisory committee meetings are structured?
Who attends? Does Senior Management attend all meetings for the duration?
Do you hold the meetings in a closed location for only those people? We currently have ours in the board room which is in front of all of our senior management team's offices. The CFO usually attends all meetings, the CEO sometimes.
I guess I just feel like for independence there should be time when it's just me and the supervisory committee members without senior management and would like guidance on what others are doing.
Responses here or directly to me are fine. :)
