Hello everyone,
Happy New Year!!! I have been tasked to assist our SC update/revise their current charter. The current charter is all over the place. I was hoping to gather other SC charters to assist in updating ours. Any questions, let me know.
I have looked at the IIA information. Not looking for an Internal Audit Charter. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
