Succession Plan

Good Afternoon,

My Supervisory Committee has decided that a Succession Plan should be developed in the event I can no longer continue working or I leave or something else occurs. At any rate they have asked me seek examples of a Succession Plan from other Internal Auditors.

I would appreciate any help or examples from the group.
