I would like to get some feedback as to how the daily teller work is being retained at your credit union. We currently have electronic signatures and then archive the signed receipt for record retenetion; however, if the member performs a transaction in the drive thru we do not have the same capability for the electronic signatures. Daily teller work is currently being retained in a hard copy version and stored securely. We would like to develop a better process where we aren't having to retain boxes of teller work in storage. We are wanting to find a process where this storage can be eliminated. I would appreciate feedback on how most of you are currently handling your daily teller work. Thank you.
