Software Solution for Risk Management

Hello,We currently use Access databases and Crystal reports to manage our Audit Responses, Organizational Risk Assessment, and Vendor management tasks. All this requires me to update the information, extract reports for updates and add updates to the databases. There are only two people with the depth of knowledge to manage this process directly, me being one. (we're a team of two) This works well, because I can 'flag and tag' stuff for reporting quite easily, and make large dataset updates fairly quickly. I am wondering if anyone has a software solution that would address any or all of these areas with emphasis on interfacing with management, automatic tasking and customizable reports? Ideally, I'd like to administer the solution, but leave a large part of the updating to the management team. One that would interface well with Crystal Reports would be a plus, as I've not found a report writer as powerful, as well as aesthetically pleasing as what I can get from that program. (And I still plan to use it as a supplement to our core system reporting software)I'm thinking ERM, but I am not sure those programs drill down to a Vendor Due Diligence level. I apologize if I am not articulating our needs well, as I'm having trouble getting into the mindset of a single solution that will address the needs of our organization adequately. Any info you can provide would be great. Thanks!
