Social Media Audit Program

Does anyone have a social media audit program they could share?  I would like to review the compliance issues surrounding the use of twitter, facebook, or other social media venues.  Our website is already being reviewed by an outside firm, so that's not our focus.  Any assistance would be appreciated.Deanne E.
