Should I share my Branch Audit Checklist?

I am a note taker. so I just performed my first Branch Audit from a list I obtained from another credit union. The Branch Manager observed me asking questions and then taking notes. I shared with them the managers verbally what I found.  

I just received an email requesting my list that I work from, because they want to be prepared for when the Supervisory Committee and I show up to do our next audit.  However, what I have on the list is nothing they shouldn't already be doing?

Do you share your Branch Audit Checklists with the Branch Managers or Department Heads? If you do or don't can you please explain your reason for your decision? Thank you.
