SAFE ACT Officer

Hello

Here at our credit union the VP of Lending is the SAFE ACT Officer. The corporate trainer does the training and facilitates the registration for the MLOs and HR performs the background checks.  The VP of Lending actually does not have a role in the process. The credit union is looking to shift this to another officer. Who is the SAFE ACT officer for your credit union? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
