Restricting Employee Accounts

I have a internal control question regarding employee personal accounts.  Does your credit union lock down/restrict access to employee accounts?  Can another employee (teller) perform a transaction (deposit or withdrawal) and see the employees savings or checking account balance?  We code employee accounts and restrict level access so other employees cannot view balances/transaction histories.  We are re-visiting the level access and are curious how or if other institutions restrict employee accounts.
