Hello, I am new to the internal auditing field. We have received our Supervisory Committee Guide Audit Report and I need to write a response to the issues noted in the report. Can anyone give me suggestions, recommendations, or examples for how to format the reponse? The response will not be submitted to our auditors, however it will be presented to our Board as well as filed so that the auditors may view it next year, so presentation is still important. We have never written a response before, so I do not have a previous example to work from. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Hayley Kipp
