Report Template

I am looking for examples of report templates that could be used for A/P, employee payroll/benefits, or statement audits.  I have found the templates for conducting the audits but nothing on a report format or two.  We are just starting these types of audits and are hoping for a few examples to build a general template from.  If anyone is willing to share their report format/templates I would greatly appreciate it.  My email is [email protected].  Thanks.
