Good Afternoon to all,We are finally looking at remote deposit capture and I am hoping folks can share policies/procedures; enrollment qualifications for members, etc. Have you had significant losses? Acctg VP was curious if there are problems with the same check being deposit multiple times? How is that prevented? Obviously I/we have not research this topic in depth.....it has been on the far, far back burner of our CU. Anything you can share will be greatly appreciated.Thank you!Heidi[email protected]
