Good morning,
Regarding branch vault user: each of our branch vaults have a username & password to access our core processor, Corelation/KeyStone to sell/buy/transfer, post, void cash transactions, etc. Because it is one username, two/three staff members have the password. We are trying to figure out a way to get around the issue of multiple users having the password for the vault teller, without each user having to use two different usernames/passwords to perform their daily functions.
