Overrides - Symitar

I'm looking into overrides that our remote override pool receives each day.  Does anyone has a report already written to identify overrides and the type of override?  I don't want to create one from scratch, if someone has already one they would be willing to share.  On a daily basis we do have Symitars Security Override report ran, however with our current security level structure this report is not beneficial.I'm also wondering how others have front line staff request an override.  Currently we have staff select remote override then they call our remote override extention, first person to pick up completes or denys the override.  I've found that Symitar does have a display remote override privilege list, branch list, alert and Acknowledgement in the miscellaneous parameters, but we aren't using these, and wonder if others are using and like it. [email protected]
