Overdraft Fees

I'm looking for input from other credit unions on how you handle overdraft fees?  

• Do you offer courtesy pay/check advance?
• Do you charge overdraft fees?
• How much is your overdraft fee?
• Do you have a cap that you charge per day/per month/per year?
