Does you Membership Agreement and Disclosure booklet have a section that explains the Customer Identification Program?
In what manner do you physically provide this information to the new member?
Our Membership Agreement and Disclosure booklet was compiled through Loanliner and there is no mention of the CIP Program however in the Deposit Document Users Guide it is listed as follows:
Member Identity Information & Verification Card (D4000*)
This document is designed for use with the Account Opening products and provides a means in which to fulfill the Customer Identity Program (CIP) requirements dictated by Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act. This document establishes a means for documenting both member identity information and verification associated with the collected information.
