Online banking audit

Has anyone ever outsourced an e-banking audit?  We recently went through an online banking conversion and are interested in outsourcing a complete e-banking audit, including review of online and mobile banking, mobile capture, bill pay, and our policies and procedures.  Has anyone outsourced this function?  If so, do you have anyone that you would recommend?  Or even if you recommend keeping it in house for any reason, that input would be appreciated as well.  Thank you!
