One person branches

I am seeking information regarding one person branches. We are in the midst of a merger and the CU we are taking has a contract with a company to open a one person branch in the company's building. If any of you have one person branches and are willing to share your policies/procedures with me on the operation of the branch I would truly appreciate it. I am looking for hours of operation, how you cover vacations, lunch, etc, audit procedures and anything else pertinent to the operation of the one person shop.
