We are approx $385M and have 105 full time and 25 part-time employees. I am interested to know the numbers for other CUs that are similar in size. (I'm thinking in the current economic environment we have too many folks....not nearly as much 'foot traffic' as we once had) Thank you. I failed to include that we have 5 branches - all within a ten mile radius. I really appreciate all the feedback thus far. (We are entirely overstaffed.....again, in my humble opinion)
