Non-voting Supervisory Committee Members?

We are looking at expanding our Supervisory Committee to include volunteers that don't have voting rights but are there to learn and participate in discussions. Does anyone have such a position and if so could you send me a position description? We are considering a title such as "Associate Supervisory Committee member". We are trying to elevate the "volunteer" so they feel like they are more involved than just listening. [email protected]
