Hello,

Our organization added an Internal Auditor (me) who was also performing quality reviews on new accounts / CIP monthly. The IA department was formalized so there is officially a conflict with the monthly QC and audit. Do you use a QC employee for new account / CIP reviews? Do you do both? Have you been involved in a transition from QC to Internal Audit? 

For QC issues, are those sent back to the employee or does the QC employee handle them?

Any insight would be helpful as we go through this growth spurt.
