We have won a bid for an assisted merger through NCUA for a small federal credit union, so there are no voting disclosures or anything on the other CU's side, but we would like to hear what disclosures other CUs have made when merging in another CU. We know that account terms, rates, and fees may be different. Were you able to disclose this all in one merger information disclosure? Any help or tips are appreciated.
