Membership Accounts for non-member Indirect Loan applicants

For those credit unions that originate Indirect Loans for non-members. How do you handle the membership requirement of opening a share account? Especially when some of the dealerships are quite a distance away and the new member will most likely not have any other banking products with the credit union. I am specifically looking for your process on which department actually opens the account, funds the account, and the handling process for signature cards. Thanks in advance for your help!
