Good morning! I'm curious if any of your CUs have a SOP that outlines unusual or threatening behavior protocol. We had a member call yesterday that was very upset (and mentally unstable). She threatened to burn down the building and was using very colorful language. We do not have anything that this would fall under. Our first step was to call the local police for the branch in mention. We were looking at possibly putting together an internal form to document unusual happenings that could be kept on file in the Compliance Department in case of future issues. If you do have a SOP this would fall under, can you please share it with me? Thanks!
