This might be a long shot, but I am looking for the name of a woman who spoke at the ACUARP Annual Conference several years ago in Austin. I believe she was from a Colorado credit union, or had been consulting with a CO credit union, who had developed a large member base of MRB's. Does anyone recall? I had kept the presentation but left it with my old job.
