Are there any credit unions that have moved away from the mandatory five-day vacation policy? I remember a couple of sessions I attended at the conference mentioned it still being an internal control, but it seems that some want to delete that requirement from policy. We currently require it, but it has been suggested that we stop requiring it. Any thoughts?
