Internal Audit Scorecard/Incentive

Good afternoon,Does anyone have a measurement tool in Internal Audit departments relating to organizational goals?  We have loan growth goals, new business accounts, etc. as an entire organization, however, I am looking for ideas for our department incentive scorecard.  I am having diffifulty as everything is so subjective.  Any ideas or avenues to research are greatly appreciated!
