Internal Audit department size

This topic has come up a few times, but I wanted to get some more recent information as we are looking into possibly expanding the Internal Audit department.

1. Asset size

2. Number of staff in your Internal Audit deparment

3. Number of branches at your credit union

4. Do you outsource any audits?  If so, which ones?

Also, if anyone has recently compiled information like this and would be willing to share it with me that would be greatly appreciated.  Or if you know of any database that can be accessed which contains this information please let me know.  Thanks.

Here is our information:

1. $1 billion

2. 4 full-time staff (VP, supervisor, 2 internal auditors)

3. 11 with 3 more coming in 2018

4. Currently, we only oursource our IT audit
