We are starting a major image conversion (one product to another, not starting from scratch) and I was wondering if anyone had any checklist, sequence of events, or any helpful document to make sure my area is complete from start to finish. For example, I am in charge of all record retention, destruction, policy, process etc. so I'm looking at these areas specifically. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
