If your credit union has assets approaching $2 billion, could you please provide some insight on the following?
- What is your IA Department structure?
- In addition, are you responsible for other functions (i.e. Compliance) and if so what functions?
- What are the responsibilites of individual positions within the Department?
- Do you conduct IT related audits and/or outsource? If conducted inhouse, do you have a designated IT auditor?
- Do you have on demand reporting capabilities (able to generate reports within the Department or are you dependent upon IT)?
- Do you perform data analytics and how is that done (mechanisms, systems, designated staff, etc.)?
- What is your asset size?
