In-house Asset/Investment/Wealth Management compensation practices

Are there any credit unions that employee wealth management advisors? If so, are they commissioned based positions? If so, do you mind sharing the compensation structure?

I am trying to find other credit unions that may have in-house investment services for their members, where these services are provided by credit union employees. Our credit union offers investment/asset management services to our members through our Asset Management department. I am just trying to compare our current compenation practices with other credit unions. I have been told that our current practices are industry standards.
