We are evaluating our branch audit process and I would like to know how often you complete branch audits (Internal Controls/Cash Counts)? We currently audit all branches once a year (we have 17 branches including the telephone service center and EFT) but are considering expanding that time to 18 to 24 months provided no management staff changes occur and an above average score on the previous Internal Control audit. Any feedback you provide is very much appreciated.
