FNMA/FHLB compliant Loan QC Vendor

Hello,

Can anyone provide me with tried and true vendors that provide First Mortgage Prefunding and Post Close QC services? I realize that in many organizations this is handled more in the production area, however pushing that aside, in mine here.:D

I'm looking for those who will review files for FNMA and FHLBi eligibility and compliance.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Ideally, I'd like a few options to RFP.
