Hello!
We have a Quality Control Analyst who reviews file maintenance changes monthly, and then quarterly I (Internal Auditor) will review the work of the QC Analyst. This is a new process for us as the Internal Auditor used to do all of it, are others doing it this way as well? If yes, would you be able to share what steps you take and your audit plan, if possible.
