What kind of software are you using for expense reports? I’m looking for your input both positive and negative, as we are searching for something new.Our credit union did away with paper expense reporting a few years ago and have been using a software system (and imaging) for expense reports. It has become an auditor’s nightmare. We are finding that the software (FormSpeed) has several issues, and in many cases the imaged documents are not flowing into our imaging system as they are supposed to. Then when trying to retrieve the documents in the FormSpeed system, it is very difficult and time consuming, and in many cases just not possible to find any documentation of the report or attachments (receipts).We are about $630 million with approximately 180 employees.
