Ethics Policy & Audit

Hello! My Supervisory Committee asked me to look into how others are currently monitoring their Ethics policy, ensuring that it is being followed? Do you have team members sign an annual acknowledgement that the Ethics Policy has been read and agreed to? How do you conduct an audit on this area?
