I have been tasked with a project to gather feedback from other CUs regarding employee turnover. 1) Do you track turnover? 2) Track by department? If so, what is your CU's departmental make-up? 3) Are turnover reasons tracked? 4) Is turnover a component in Supervisor/Manager/AVP/VP evaluation? 5) What is your turnover - CU as a whole and department? We currently do not track turnover. Our depts are: accounting, loan, collection, audit, teller, member service, call center, information systems, marketing and visa (separate from loan). All feedback is greatly appreciated. I failed to include our employee numbers and needed to clarify our 'tracking' - sorry. FT 105PT 32 Assets: $362M @ 06-30-11 A personnel report is included in the BoD packet which shows new hires, terminations (with a reason, if we have one) and promotions - so we do have 'tracking' but not termination ratios.
