Employee & Official Accounts

Hello-

I was wondering what process you have in place to monitor these accounts. In the past, IA would asked the employees to complete and sign a disclosure listing all your accounts including family members and then, IA would perform an audit. If IA perform and examine this process, will this affect our independece? What is your opinion?
