Employee Incentives

Hey everyone!   I have recently been asked to audit our employee incentives.  We have become very heavy into incentives in our loan department and are in the beginning stages of adding an incentive program to our other areas as we are moving to a "sales and service" culture at our credit union.  Does anyone have an audit for employee incentives that they would be willing to share or any feedback on the your experiences auditing this area? Thanks!
