Employee Exit Meetings/Interviews

Hello, I am pretty sure this has been discussed previously however I was unsucessful in finding any suggestions.  I was wondering if any of your credit unions do exit interviews with employees who are leaving the CU? If so, when is this done? Who is involved? Is there any sort of questionarie you could share?  And also if the employee has loans with the credit union how are those handled?  Does your collections department meet with the employee at all about continuing payment or the possible need for modification or extension? Thank you for your time and assistance. Tim Merwin[email protected]
