Hello,
Does anyone have an E-sign or electronic signature Policy? Or do you incorporate any sort of electronic signature verbiage in a policy?
If so...
1. Would you be willing to share?
2. Why did you create it? (Examiner Recommendation? External or Internal Audit finding?
3. Is it a Board level policy? Or built into procedures?
