Can anyone give me some insight on their dormancy removal policy? Do you require a manager/supervisor to take off the dormancy and the teller to make the withdrawal or deposit? Does anyone allow a penny in, penny out transaction (or $1 in, $1 out) for the purpose of avoiding the dormancy flag?Please feel free to share your CU's dormancy policy! Thanks
