I would like to know what processes you have in place for credit unions that allow debit card PIN change requests in the branches. We currently have members call the automated system to change their PIN, however management will be making some changes to the process to allow PIN changes to be made in the branch over the counter. The vendor we use, MATICA, would be able to track such changes (user#, name, date, etc.). If your credit union already allows PIN changes to be made in branch, are there any mitigating controls that you have in place that you would like to share?
