Credit Union branch controls

Good Morning,

The branch managers at my credit union perform a monthly control review of counting the cash and verifying the inventory is correct for gift cards and money orders.  They have been using an audit system on our network to document the review that was created in-house over 16 years ago.  They are currently looking for a new system to use for the monthly branch reviews.  Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas for a new system?  How do your credit unions document the monthly controls performed by the branches?
